Hers what Im worried about. I have BCBS-IL. and they say yes if your morbidly obese (100lbs or more which i am barely) and if you have a verified proof of weight going back five years. Im over 100lbs over weight now but when I go back five years I wasnt. maybe 75 or so... My point is do I have to have been obese for 5 years or morbidly obese for the entire five years?
ok look ladies heres a mans reply to this subject....all guys look at porn. period. we just do. married single . doesnt matter. ALL guys, yes, even yours! It just how the world goes round. Might as well get over it and accept it. It really has nothing to do with you or how happy or unhappy your marriage is.:w00t:
Hey thx for all the 411 guys! I just hired out to a company that has BCBS-IL and need another 2 mos. b4 my insurance is effective, then the company has a 1 year with the company exclusion on gastric band. (Idont think they cover bypass though) FYI So Ive got a long wait but im sure itll be worth it!
Hey every one. Im new on here and I just switched companies, and found out my new Company Veolia Enviornmental Serv. uses BCBS-IL. I made a phone call and they said that currently my company has no exclusions on it and BCBS-IL will cover gastric banding but not bypass and with a few conditions. I was wondering if there is anyone else out there that has had bariatric surgery of any kind with BCBS-IL and what their experience was pushing the paper work through the insurance co? Thx James
