HElP! three weeks post op and woke up this morning with the worst nausea and dizziness ever. I was also extremely hot and dry heaved twice. I did let my 1 yr old sleep with us in bed last night and she kicked me in my stomach a few times could she have done something to the band? Anyone else have any problems with dizziness or nausea 3 weeks or more post op?
Ok I am one week post op today, and for the last 2 days I feel like I have food stuck in my throat, I have only eaten soups and a little bit of applesauce. It does seem to go away for a little while but then returns, now i have the feelin since early this afternonn with no relief. I tried to bring it up but got nothing but clear mucus and thats it. Help, what is it and what do I do?
I would try to add them to sugar free jello, chocolate is a stronger taste and can help mask the bitterness a little better. I was banded on the 23rd good luck!
I was banded on the 23 and just got home from the hospital. This liquids only is killing me, I have been feeling really dizzy and nauseated. I went to ER and was dehydrated and mal nutritioned. I have to call my dr on Monday and see if I can start mushies early. He did say I could have full liquids which include yogurt, and pudding. Not sure why I cant have mushy veggies yet? Does anyone else have problems with dizziness and headaches?
Ok not sure if this is normal or why its happening?
I am 3 days post op and i taste like metal. I was eating and licked my finger and it tasted like there was a chemical on it. I washed my several times and get rid of the taste. Now i feel numb in my mouth and my husband says i smell like metal. Does any of this sound right? Anyone with similiar experiences, what do i do?
Hello
I am three days post op also and experiencing the same thing, I am fine in the morning and by the afternoon Im very bloated, my tummy looks huge and I'm in pain. I did find that walking and sitting up does help, but only a little.
I am also dealing with dizziness in the afternoon, the kind you get when you don't eat, and I wish it would go away. Does anyone else have that problem?
