Hi, I had my lapband done by Dr. Ponce de Leon and Dr. Verboonen in Tijuana, Mexico, they're both great, nurses around the clock (the surgery is done at a completely equipped hospital, that made me feel more comfortable). I paid $6,400....very reasonable and provided me with a list of fill doctors in the US. Best of luck!!!:biggrin: Paty

HI there...when I went there it was not bad at all (about 3 months ago) I was picked up in San Diego by a very nice American lady, the procedures are done at a fully equipped hospital, very nice, super clean. Tijuana did not seem anything like you would see in the news, the hospital is about 5 min. from the US/Mexico border. Both Dr. Verboonen and Dr. Ponce de Leon were great and sure I've been loosing weight gradually. Hope this helps! Paty

I had my surgery done by Dr. Verboonen in Tijuana (I know he practices in Cancun as well) for $6,400, it went really well, I can only say good things from him, Dr. Ponce, their staff and facilities. Highly recommend them Good luck!!! : ) Paty

I was banded at Obesity Goodbye by dr. Ponce & Dr. Verboonen for a little over $6,000 they were both great and well organized, impeccable facilities, caring staff.... Good Luck ; )

I also was banded by Dr. Verboonen and Dr. Ponce for $6,400. I did my research, they have a great deal of experience (10 yrs + ) I'm feeling great!

I had mine done in Tijuana with Dr. Ponce and Verboonen as well for $6,400. They were very well organized, picked me up at the airport, did the pre-ops etc. Great staff! Highly recommend them!
