  1. I have had my band for 4 1/2 years, flown long haul international and short domestic flights with the band fluid levels at max with absolutely no issues. Maybe I am lucky.
  2. Hi there, Change your routine, do something different besides the tapes, your body gets used to something and needs a bit of change to get itself going again. My gym PT always tells me.....CARDIO IS YOUR FRIEND. Kep going, you can do it.
  3. HI there, I often have reflux and take Nexium. I used to take the tablet in the morning and had reflux at night, so now I take the tablet in the evening and everything is fine. Marce1
