  1. Hello all!!! Well its been a whole week since my banding. I'm doing much better. I still have the gas pains, but not as much as in the beginning. I walk around my apartment constantly. I'm counting down to when i can be on the pureed diet. Before my procedure i did 2 weeks of liquid and now for two weeks after i'm on liquid. what i wouldnt give to have one noodle in my broth. i know i have to let my stomach heal but my god i cant wait to chew food.
  2. Hello all. I was banded on March 17th. Everything went fine but for the past couple of days my stomach has been making strange noises and today these gas pains are killing me. I've been walking around and taking gas-x but nothing is working.
  3. I've been reading peoples post-op comments and have seen a lot of mentionof shouler pain. what would cause shoulder pain?

  6. Hello all. I've been looking at my list of things that i can have to eat 3-4 weeks after my procedure and i'm at the puree part. I really dont see myself putting chicken and in a blender. Can't i just buy baby food?
  7. I'm starving too. I'm supposed to be on nothing but liquids untill my surgery. I can have at least 3 protein shakes a day, unlimited sugar-free drinks and jello and broth. I'm gonna try my best to keep it up but boy can I go for a slice of pizza right now:tongue2:.
  8. Hello. thanks for the support. i'll be having my surgery at Thomas Jefferson Hospital. Dr David Tichansky will be the surgeon. I go for my Endoscope on March 2nd and then I start countdown to March 17.:thumbup:
