My surgery date has been moved up to March 2nd. Im scheduled and ready to go!

Heading to Tijuana on 4/20 for revision surgery. I am going it alone...just curious if anyone else might be headed that way!

I guess I would consider myself a long-timer! I was banded back in 06' Things were going well...then I fell in love and got married. I have gained some back motivation is hard to find these days. I battled with reflux, being too tight, too loose and just overall frustration! All in all..I would do it all over again. I'm still 50 pounds from goal....I'm hoping to get there someday!

I was the same way after my last fill....a slight unfill did the trick and Im back on track.

I cant even begin to eat bread or tortillas....Ive had the band for almost 2 years. I found it best to just stay away from it...

Ok...So...I gave in and had an unfill. .3 cc The pressure and pain was just too much..and reflux SUCKS! I feel instantly better. She told me it does more harm than good to go overfilled. I did ..however...lose 8 pounds in 5 days.:rolleyes2:

I went last Thursday for a fill. I was supposed to have 2.75 in my band...I didnt...so she ended up giving me .5cc. Im now at 2.6. Anyway...from the time I left till now Ive been worried that Im too tight. Ive only thrown up once...I can get Water down...but with a fight. It just sits there and gurggles. I also have been having a small amount of reflux the past 2 nights. I ate a fairly regular meal last night of a 1/2 enchilada. So if I can get some food and liquid down...am I ok??:thumbup: Is this normal. I feel like I have constant pressure in my chest..and I feel like everything is just sitting there... what should I do? I dont want an unfill because I dont want to gain weight back...but im afraid if i leave it the way it is..I might do more damage. Im so confused.

Hiya peeps! Banded may o6 in Mexico! The first year was pretty good...now I seem to be fighting old demons again. I just went for a fill ( the first one in 6 months) and Im working out again. I just know I can make my goal...29 more pounds..

I remember flying to mexico...alone..and terrified!!!! They walked me into the the OR...tied my arms down...I freaked!!!...If I could have spoken spanish I would have said...GET ME THE HELL OUTTA HERE.... 7 months later..I could not be more happier! Dont back out..the regret is worse than the fear.
