  3. hi i also was banded nov. 19 2008, first fill dec. 19, 2008. i am losing but not at the pace i see everyone else is. it is a slow process for me. keep the faith and follow your diet plan and exercise. can someone explain to me how to put the ticker info on my site. and the wt. lost info?
  4. mine was outpatient, but maybe your insurance requires inpatient, i would check the insurance co. just to make sure. if they say outpt. then i would change surgeons.
  5. thank yu for your reply, I have not been measuring the food, but i am going to start a more vigorous exercise plan. i just read how others have lost 20-30 or more lbs. after surgery and they it after me.
  6. :sneaky::mad2:Hello , I am in my first chapter since surgery. I have lost a total of 15lbs since Nov 19. Is this normal amount, or should i have lost more by now. I have heard all the dos/dont for eating, but the only thing that does not cooperate with me is jello (no big deal), but all other foods i am doing well with. My job description entails alot of walking. I think my portion size is a fair amount not as much as before the band. I am very frustrated today as i think i should have lost more by now. Any advice would be grateful.
