  4. Thanks for your words of encouragement. I agree, we have to look at the big picture and take a day at a time. I really appreciate all your answers. I will continue the recommended diet and excercise everything will go as it is supposed to. One thing that I have los t perspective is that those pounds lost, will not come back....Lesbia
  5. Hello: i'm so glad to read your post. My friend who got banded on May 26 as well and I feel exactly like you...we will be satrting classess on the 10th of august and were expecting to loose more. I have lost 25 todate with one adjustment of 4cc. We are goin back on Aug 3rd. to the doctor hoping for another adjustment. Let's keep our hopes up...thanks for your post, it makes me feel less lonely in all these ...Lesbia
  6. Hello...I was banded on May 26. I can't believe it's been a month already. I live in puerto Rico. My first fill will be on July 10th. So far I've lost about 18 pounds. I'm happy to have found a group to be connected.
  7. My friend Eve and I got banded on the 26th as well in Puerto Rico....I'm kind of scared too but happy to have done it.....
