YAY! I'm down 2 pounds! I'm excited. I realize that joining this site has been a great asset. Everyone is so helpful and understanding, here I feel normal.

It has been 5 days since I made the leap to becoming a healthier, happier me. I feel good, I worry that I may not be doing everything right but I'm trying really hard and I'm ready to work harder than I ever have before. This blog is my on going commitment to my health. I will use this blog to be honest with myself and to remind me of my goals. I will share my goals with you. I would like to become healthy I would like to lose 100 pounds I would like to become more active I would like to climb a rock wall I would like to sky dive I would like to buy a wedding dress that is a size 16 or smaller Through this blog I will be able to update you as I progress and hopefully share with you as I reach each goal.
