  1. Thanks Momoof. I hope everything goes well!
  2. I'm planning to get a brachioplasty and some TT/breast reduction revisions this year. I also believe I need a thigh lift. Unfortunately, I've read that getting one's arms and legs done at the same time is horrific from a recovery standpoint. I really want to do the procedures together because I'm done going under the knife. MimIn, I know you had them done together. Would you mind providing with a little insight regarding your recovery? If anyone else has had them done together, I would really appreciate your insight too. Thanks.
  3. First week: 13.35
  4. I'm in for another 100!
  5. Total for the month: 101 miles. That was close!
  6. What do you mean useless???? How do you monitor your steps and your caloric output? Do you just "hope" you get there during a 24-hour period? I left my display at home one day and nearly lost my mind!
  7. You would speak to your dr. if you're really worried but it looks as if you've been banded for six months. You should be ok to do everything.
  8. Week 3: 21.54 Here's to all of us having a good Thanksgiving week
  9. I agree with Jachut that you really should go to a specialty shop and have them properly fit you. I can't wear Nikes or Asics. I wear the Saucony Triumph. Pricey but well worth it.
  10. Week 1: 21.34 miles
  11. I'm in for 100. I've been stuck and need to bust through.
  12. Crazy month. 9 miles short. First time I've missed my target. Hopefully, Nov. will be better.
  13. Week 2: 16 miles
