  1. My absolute favorite Protein shake is from www.michaelthomasonline.com He only makes vanilla and chocolate but I always get the vanilla and mix what kind of flavow i want with it. This is the only shake I have found that actually thickens and doesn't have that yucky aftertaste. I used to like one called Diet Fuel by Twinlab but I can't find it anymore.

I totally know how you feel. I have one month until I am done with my six month dr supervised diet with a 10% weight loss. It totally sux. Why would they make me have to lose 10% of my body weight before the surgery. I mean isn't that why I am getting the surgery. TO LOSE WEIGHT!!! DUH!!!
  3. I just started the process in December. I had to go to the seminar, all of my testing except bloodwork was done in a one day gaunlet run at the hospital. That was awesome. I went to the doctor after this only to be told by the insurance company that I have to do another 6 month dietary program. I have already done one prior to the lap band interest. It totally sucks. As if the insurance doesn't know I need this surgery done. At least they will eventually cover the surgery. I am patiently waiting for June.
