Hi Rose, sorry your having trouble too, but misery loves company...lol..lol. Maybe we can help each other. I eat all the wrong foods and never exercise, I need to get motivated, I lost 45lbs but gained back 7.

I have found that the pain is from diverticulitis :tongue_smilie: and to top it all off, I now have internal and external hemorrhoids:cursing:. I have another Dr. appt. next week, hopefully they can do something, I am so tired of suffering!!!

I take 5 pills a day and have found the best way to get them down is to take with my coffee in the morning. If I wait till later in the day or try to take them with water, they usually get stuck and that is a terrible feeling.

I too suffer from pain on my left side and am thinking it has something to do with my bowels. I feel bloated and gassy alot!! This weekend the pain was also through my back as well. :biggrin:

I too was banded in August of 2006 and have lost a total of 45 pounds. Sure makes you feel like a failure doesn't it??

I'm down south, in St. Mary's county and was banded August 29, 2006 by Dr. Singh in Baltimore. Have wondered way off program, need to get back on track!!

My favorite brand is Breakstone, mixed with International Delight liquid coffee creamer, yummmmmm :cool::mad2:
