  1. Hi all! I'm new on the boards....I've been lurking for a month or so, I have my first consultation appointment on December 18th with the surgeon. I've been soaking in a lot of information on the boards, wow! What a resource! One thing that I haven't found is: How long is the actual procedure? I'm sure it varies, but is it an hour? Less than an hour? I'm crossing my fingers that I can get this process moving along, the appointment on the 18th is just the beginning of the journey! Yippee!! Thanks for all the first hand experience stories, they definitely help a gal like me who is a "beginner!":biggrin:
