  1. I am post op day 2 and am allowed some full liquids. While they stress getting plenty of liquids and protein, but yet only allowed 2-3 oz at a time, how does one do it? do I worry about protein yet? Also, my gut sounds like a tornado when I take anything in? what's up with that?!:toetap05:
  2. I have a date with fate!!

Well, insurance gave me the go ahead and I am getting banded on Feb. 3rd. Scared, excited, all mixed with a thousand different emotions. I am on the two week pre op protein shake diet. While I can't say I am enjoying it, I am determined to succeed. I am mostly concerned with the recovery diet, when I can advanced to full liquids, etc. How do you get all your nutrients in taking 2-3 oz. ? I need suggestions. I did buy some vanilla whey powder, yet I am not sure what I will do with it. Any help is appreciated. Peg
