  1. Hi All, I was banded a month ago tomorrow! I am on Stage 5 of the post op diet as of tomorrow, real food but soft stuff. I'm done with this ground protein stage! Does anyone have any suggestions on what to start with on the last stage? And how long did it take some of you to get an adjustment? I feel like I can eat more than I should, it says to have 3 oz of protein but I can have almost 5 oz. Is that good or bad? Does anyone else have almost like a heartburn sensation if ou do overeat? Also - how do you get the weight loss ticker to load on this thing? good luck to everyone with their weight loss goals!! :tongue2:
  2. Hey FL Pete - I am scheduled for surgery Dec 9th. I just discovered this website and I'm so happy I did. Now I can talk to others going through this process. My family is very supportive but it'll be nice to talk to others that understand what I'm going through! :wink2: I've lost 20 lbs on my own so far, I had to lose 15 before I could get the surgery and it took a while but my surgery date is finally getting closer! This will be the best X-Mas ever.... good luck with your surgery in Mexico! Is everyone as nervous as I am...?

Thanks and hope to hear from you. -Amy, Southern NH
