Well I'm somewhat discouraged because I just found out that my employer doesn't provide health insurance only some kind of medical discount program or something which i'm sure doesnt cover it. And I for sure can't afford it on my own. I heard Dr. Koning was good here in Bend. But my options are slim so I don't know where to go or what to do...

I haven't been banded yet but want to. I really need the help. I just moved to Bend, ORegon a month ago and I start a new job December 1st. I am not sure what health insurance they have or if it covers any type of weight loss surgery. I don't qualify for benefits until after 90 days. I want to get this process going but am currently low income without insurance. Any help out there? I will be praying, thanks
