  1. Hello! I just found this forum today. I love the idea of a place for band discussions. Being the only person I know who'e done this, it's been kind of loney so far. I was banded in July and have lost 25lbs so far. I hope to gain inspiration and insight from those with more experience. =)
  2. I'm popping on months later but I figured it might still benefot someone to know. My total cost for lap-band, all follow up and the whole she-bang was $17,500.00
  3. I go to Dr. Clark at WLSC. I paid for my band and surgery out of pocket, though.
  4. I'm in the US and my doctors and nutritionists push for very high protein and very low carb. They stress it at every fill, every visit. They're nonstop about it.
