Hi Shassy! I have been to Bradford many, many times (on my way to Salamanca). It's about 2 hours north of where I live. Did you have to go through the 6 months of pre-op stuff? Hi Pat! Thank you so much for responding - I was beginning to think there wasn't anyone close to home to talk to about this! I choose to go to Geisinger Danville and I haven't been assigned a surgeon yet. I have only had 1 appointment so far. My next one is on the 18th of December. I have a support group to go to on the 17th of this month. I am hoping to get some of my questions answered there. Do you mind sharing why you choose the band over bypass?

Hi - I was born and raised in Altoona, however I am not in the support group there. I am just beginning my journey (today was my first appointment). If you are looking for someone to talk with - I'd be glad to oblige!!
