I'm confused!!:omg: Isn't the whole idea of getting the band so you don't need to take phentermine anymore. I just stopped taking it, thinking I'll have the band in a couple of months and that's all I'll ever need. I couldn't sleep at all at night when I took it!:angry

Thanks for the replies. I went to Wal-mart last night and sure enough they were there. My husband thought I was crazy looking for them over 2 mos. in advance but I was afraid if I don't get them now I won't find them later. How come they don't work for some but the chewables worked...isn't it the same active ingredients? Have they worked for anyone here?

:help: I want to start preparing so I went to two drug stores looking for gas x strips and all they had was the chewables. Where do you find them?

Hi, Does anyone know if there is a computer at The Lucerna Hotel in TJ for e-mailing my husband. I tried to dial out when I had my consult the other day and was able ot recieve calls on my cell but couldn't send calls. I don't want to bring my laptop. Do they have one I can use? :help: Hi, I have a horse and I ride English. I don't ride too aggressively however I do trot and canter. I am also learning to do small jumps. I am planning to get banded at the end of June. How long before I can ride again? Will riding cause the band to slip? Any other horse riders out there that are banded? Thanks! Laura
