    You must do this for YOU. You are coming into a new phase of life when one realizes how much life is really change. You will be a new person who focuses on you and your remaining life. You will still be able to eat, of course, just more selectively and special. food will still be there, you just need a little help to eat less, especially at one time and you won't feel hungry...but full!     I have a BMI of 30 and waiting to see if I am a candidate. I am also 64. Looking for the pre-op diet to see what is entailed. Has anyone taken Myocel for liver detox prior to surgery. Wishing you all well with this venture. Thanks
