  1. Hi, I really don't know how to use this. But my daughter is not here. To answer your question. I was done on the 5 of this month. 11 days ago, I am still waiting to give birth. However, I do feel more like 7 months instead of 9. I had a rough side step after I was done. I met the big guy.. My doctor was wonderful. In this case study starting 1997, I was the first one of their clients to have a bad reaction to the blood thinner. I spent 6 days ICU I needed 5 pts of blood. So I am thinking that because of this I am feeling all bloated. I happy to know it’s normal. I know many people that have this done and they have left me in the dust. Deep breathing walking and getting someone to rub your back while you lean on a counter arms stretched out. Does seem to help. If I had to guess, I would say 3 weeks tops maybe twins. Feel better.
  2. The best relaxation technique that I used, is thinking about all the things that you will be able to do, that you can't do now! Stepping on a train, and being able to sit down on a three bench seat without people looking at you in horror, going to the frozen food section in the supermarket to pick up your "frozen yogurt" when prior to this, you migh hear the "tsk" sound behind you, going to any department store, no matter where it is, and finding you size on the rack, walking up the stairs without getting winded, just plain tying your shoes, walking past a display window, not stopping to look at what is in the window but looking at your own reflection!Contacting old friends, becuase you were afraid of how you looked...and of course, the most important, just living your life!!!! Good luck!!!!
  3. Thank you for the information:) ! My staples are going to come out tomorrow, mean while I can hang my laundry from them! LOL I’m thinking, what the hell did I do this for, I feel fatter than ever, my bra’s don’t even fit! Even my time in the hospital, I did not lose a pound! I will try the gas pill, I actually went to the Macy’s 3 hour sale, I thought walking around would help, but now the gas is stuck in my side! However, I got some great buys on some pillows and towels, it was worth the trip! P.S. I'll let you know if I blow my self away(by gas):guess ... no poof, poof!!!!
  4. Banded on 4/5/06, there was a few side steps after surgery. I received staples, and they are still in, they are not coming out until the 13. But between coughing and laughing, my staples are popping out!!!! And for some strange reason, all the carbonized gas started to nester right underneath the damn things. So it’s like having a balloon under my shirt in one area. Just got out of the hospital yesterday, so now I am able to freely move around. Even walking around the house, stretching, walking on the treadmill for a few, the pocket of gas is hovering under the staples…no poof poof! I would love some helpful hints of how to get rid of this gas, before my staples pop out on their own, I already lost one today, and the other ones are loose, I can wiggle them! Also, did anyone lose their sense of taste or smell? I can’t smell anything and my drinks taste different.
