Briefly...surgery was in 10/08.  I was 277 lb, now am down to 220.  I've hit a plateau and need to find a way off.I live in Israel and the surgery was covered by our national health insurance plan.  I was able to choose each doctor who I needed to see.   To demonstrate that I was a good candidate for the surgery I had a major battery of diagnostic tests and saw at least 19 different specialists.  The surgery was overnight.  The largest expense I had was for the hospital- about $200; the rest of the medical costs came to between $100 and $200 for me.I have vomiting incidents now and then and they seem to continue, violently, after I've brought up all the food.  It's as if the nervous system has been stimulated to overproduction of saliva and reverse peristalsis.  Does anyone have a remedy for this?
