Well my agressive supervisor got transferred to another office........seems I was not the only one with problems. Relief he is gone. It was awkward for awhile. The proposal is great!! I went and saw it twice because my daughter liked it so much.........we went back with friends last weekend. Great movie!!

totally agree Riley...........totally agree!! Liking life this way for now. Who knows about the future but the way things are now is perfect for me and my daughter!!

I called and told Kelly I was at goal and she schedule an appointment. I tried to weigh in a Kaiser but they girls in Sacramento didn't do it right and Richmond couldn't see it. But anyway I just had to verbally tell them I was at goal. By the time I got my appointment a week later I was down a couple more pounds. Gotta agree with you Riley I am happier without trying to "find a man." You said it exactly that it is more fun to just hang out with friends and be yourself. Totally agree on that. Relationships can get stressful. I am done looking too if something falls in my life I might consider it but I am not easily impressed and I think I am can a pain to date cause I expect so much.............LOL. It would take alot to impress me. BUt I have no intention of looking for something cause I haven't like my past choices to much...............LOL. I need me time for at least the first year to just do my thing and focus on my and my daughter until I get to goal and feel like I have my head on straight!!

Ok than pass it on to the next weight loss survivor........ah, oh..............weight loss successor!! LOL

Candra I think I find the bad boys too and have dated to many. LOL. Between me and you we have probably dated them all!! Pam I get that about your kids. I had a guys I dated for two years that really was hard on my daughter after we broke up. Long story but he could have done a better job of working his way out of her life. Same thing to many broken promises. She hates him to this day!! Adult company Pam!! THat could be me!!! LOL. Ok, ok I know I am not male!! :-P But if it is company your looking for there are alot of us around the sacramento area. I am sorta jaded on relationships right now. I want to get my head on straight first. I figure one I do that I will find someone who is a perfect, emotionally stable match for me. My daughter is also getting more independant so as times goes on I will have more and more time............I am just not ready yet I know that much!!

Gonna try to come but now sure. Still laying down and getting ready to go to bed. Depends on how I feel in the morning...............I really want to come. It has been a crazy week and I could use some time just hanging out with your girls!! Keep the dollar!! LOL I am not worried about it!!

Have fun Pam at six flags!! I hate to say it this guy is not interested. He is making it pretty clear even though it would be nice if he would be straight with you. Move on don't waste your time. Be friendly but don't put more into the relationship than he is. Believe me I have been where your at before and the only way to keep your sanity is to walk away and move on. Don't let him play with your self esteem like that. He is playing with you and sounds like he will keep doing it until you put a stop to it. Sorry he is being a jerk but from the outside looking in that is what I see............... I would be so sad if I could not have salad. But now I can only have just a bit........not as much as I would like.....or use to eat. And yep I have done the parking lot PB'ing thing. I HATE it but what can you do............in my case I can't eat brocolli again and I haven't for about 3 weeks now. Anyone else get pissed from time to time that you had to resort to the band? I have been getting that this week.........especially when I can't eat something I really like than I think what did you do to yourself. I didn't have that so much pre op or even in the beginning post op but now I am noticing it.........like when I could only eat 1/2 my salad and I wanted more but couldn't fit another bite in............how crazy is that?? I mean I like my band but every once in the awhile is pisses me off............ I have been very moodly lately so that is probably part of it!!

I am about 10 weeks out and am losing hair too. I figure it will grow back. I still have hair just I can tell it is much thinner now..............

I am feeling a bit better. Still gonna chill tonight. Maria you will love Dr. Baggs. You will have to tell him you are part of the Lapband group he knows all of us!! I think we embarrass him a bit .............but I think he likes our group. He will love that our hanging out with us. I started at 254 and only had to lose 12 pounds for surgery. bUT i Actually lost 25 pounds so I hit my 10%. I waite six weeks after I hit goal to get surgery so I could go to Africa for three weeks. Dr. Baggs told me to go to Africa .....I almost cancelled for surgery. He said you can have this surgery anytime so I just waited until after my trip. I was so WORTH it. I think the reason I onlyhad to lose 12 is that I am bottom heavy. I don't care my weight on my stomach, more my butt and hips but I don't really know what the formula is............you might be ok and you will have three weeks so you will be down 20 for sure. Ah Disneyland I went in November and it so wore me out I had to go back to the motel early to sleep.........that is when I knew I had to get surgery. I can't believe I paid to go to Disneyland and than couldn't stay all day!! I so remember that two days after I got back I got the referral from my PCP.........

I went through Richmond Kaiser. They are pro RNY there too but I was allowed to make the final choice. I was banded on April 13, 2009 at Richmond. I had Dr. Baggs and loved him. So far I am doing well with the band. I think the higher your BMI the more they hesitated to do the lap band but I still think the choice is yours........ Don't know much about Kaiser Fremont. But I know the Kaiser system

Well the good thing is I am not hungry. Just not excited to hang out at home when I have so much to do but that is how it goes. I just got yogurt for my daughter yesterday so I have enough of that around for now........not that whe is to happy to share!! I quit eathing yogurt a few weeks back when Robin said no more..........but I really like it

Thanks Nicole. I have been sleeping all day. Just got up and tried to eat but it is not happening. My band feels really tight today. I think it is because I am sick...........only thing working today is the light yogurt which is a slider but oh well. I wanted to go check out the sketchers today but not happening maybe this weekend. Looks like most places don't carry the mary janes........but I did find shape up flip flops at the famous footwear site. 45 dollars I would rather just have the shoes for that much. Ok I am not sure about coming tomorrow I will see how is goes in the morning.

I am home from work today ........sick. Ahh bad timing I have so much to do. Not hungry today. We will see how it goes as the day goes on. I am going back to bed. Hoping to feel better when I get up. only 723 calories yesterday. Same weight this morning even though I feel lighter. Ah just how it goes I guess.....

Sketchers are weird with sizes........If I find a good size than I can order online later. I want to see how tall they are to..........I don't want to feel like I am stilts!! LOL.

I used to have heart pain before I dropped the 40 pounds. Passed the EKG with flying colors and it has faded with the weigh lose..............speaking of health I need to get some sleep and get my BP medication.

Well more talk about forloughs gotta watch the news. PCOS. I have thought about that but I still have my periods all the time. just more like every 5-6 weeks. Not back to every 4 weeks..........I just feel like I retain water alot and I wonder why? I had ALOT of health stuff before surgery. GERD for sure and the high blood pressure, cholesteral issues, throwing up any time I ate and drank together...........way to tired, sleeping way to much but not enough at night. I still think I should be tested for sleep apnea but they say I pasted the test................I have always had sleep issues I don'[t sleep well and than I get so tired I sleep to much and to deep. I think that is a problem but they say everything is weight related. I had anxiety issues and was diagnosies with ADD and was on Concerta for awhile. Ah no thanks that stuff makes me feel high..............like I said it is hard to trust the doctors when everyone says something different and has a different medication. To much confusion............ My latest docter is anti medication. Dr. Baggs I am ok with but he has had to email my doctor a couple of times to get her on the ball...........he notices stuff and seems to know what he is doing. To bad he is not a PCP too. Just wonder what is going on. I feel pretty good but I don't think a few extra tests could hurt..............I am gonna ask and see what happens.

YEa I heard about the mary janes but can't find them online. Just someone said they were cute. I will probably get the leather ones. I really think they would be good for my knees and ankles since they force you to walk straight. Ok I will have to see what we have in sacramento............I might have to wait until I go to Pinole/bay area to get some...........wish I could see the styles. I found I really only like the lemonade and rasberry lemonade crystal light. The rest are just to sweet. I did like the ocean spray grape/cranberry but I am tired of that one two now......grapefruit is strong. And fruit punch stains everything including your lips. Gotta go with the lemonade just I have a bunch of other CL packages to use up.......oh and the orange is good too but hard to find. I just tried the hawiian punch ones and I like the grape and orange the best..........the rest were to sweet. Oh I watched the video for those shoe. Hmm i am impressed have kneww problems and they are suppose to help with that too. I am gonna save up and get some. I see some of them are stylish not orthopedic looking............where did you get them? I am thinking famous footwear and kohls has alot of sketchers..........oh and all the reviews online are great!!

I looked up workout sketchers and it popped right out. They look like really heavy, awkward shoes...........dod they put you off balance?

Hey Candra I am wondering if I should go to the endocronologist too. I lose weight so slowly........ When I started all this lap band stuff back in November I had my PCP run all the tests she could on me. I knew my health was bad and I was getting sick way to much so I had her run it all diabetes, thyriod, cancer, heart issues, kidney issues.................I mean everything and it all came back fine just to fat!! I doubt they will run it again but I think my body is all messed up...........better than a year ago for sure but still........... I am retaining water really bad and have swollen ankles all the time and my blood pressure and heart rate is way to high still...........or again. I just wonder if I need to keep up with the testing to be sure............ i am going in for a choleseral screen this week sometime. I am chacking out those shoes online. So they make you tall? They look like it??

Hey guys Long week just coming up for breathing room. Way to much to do and this is a short work week since I don't work Friday. I did ok today. The band is sorta tight today. NOt to hungry today. Got stuck twice today. Once on carrots, shredded carrots and once on veggie chicken............must be dry. Eating watermelon and wheat thins tonight. Ok Amys dinner only ate half that got full (380-160) Salad: 500 cause of croutons, feta cheese, cucumbers, kidney beans, garbonzo beans 2 pieces of veggie chicken-80 calories for 2 !6 wheat thins-140 Watermellon (hmm gotta look it up) I ate !/2 of a mini melon (cantaloupe size) 120 water and crystal light.......still drinking Exercise not yet thinking what to do.............
