  2. Hello, I am a lap band recipient since July 7, 08. To date, I have lost about 50 lbs. But, I am stuck!! I need hints about how to stay on track. I work full time, commute 1 1/2 hours each way, so no time for gym, which is what I think I need. I try to walk during lunchtime, but not always successful, and speed and distance cannot be measured, increased, etc. due to time constraints. Can any of the more experienced folks offer any suggestions? I am concerned about the "flabby" parts!! How do I tighten those? Thanks so much.
