    Hi everyone this is my first time on this or any website. I had my surgery june 1,2008 4 months and 17 days and I have lost 64 pounds never felt better, lots of energy force myself to eat once a day no problems what so ever. I am 5' 11' wieght was 292 today 228 goal was 220 but now new goal is 200 hope to be there by New Years.
