    hello, my name is baddadbear. i weighed 316 at band date. i was banded march 28, 2006 in ciudad acuna by dr Rodriquez. boy i am having trouble figuring out head hunger verses body hunger. no problem walking or exercising. i like to walk. just can not figure out what real physical hunger. i welcome suggestions. thanks, baddadbear
