    Please let me know how it goes. I am hoping to go thru with it soon, too. I was told by our insurance, Aetna, they don't require a 6 mos. diet plan with the doctor, so if that is verified, I want it asap. Good Luck to you - I am a stones throw away in AZ! ; . )
