Ok.. sorry been packing and then packing our stuff cause mom is officailly moving out, dont want her to take our stuff with her.. Ok so sheena imed around 5, and said She was out, and pain level was a 7 (she did do a LOL) it was a 2 hour surgery!!! (holy moly!!!) They hadn't made her walk yet, and she was in her room. Didnt know if she had anyone there with her (roomie) too exhausted to look around. Her hubby wont be visiting though because of her baby. So everyone keep prayin about her. I told her to walk the gas off :crying: Well i better go to bed... Heather, can we change the name to like Kaiser Bandster Groupies or something, cause some girls on here are not from Richmond, and it would be cool to have everyone there:D????

LOL Riley im not spun up, just twisted in a stress ball lol. I feel it too i hope it happens, and i hope it happens perfectly!lol.. Oh and... SHEENA, went into surgery around 3:30.. I havent heard since I am guessing she is in Recovery. I am excited to hear how she is doing since she is our RNY girl....

HELLO LADIES! HOLY MOLLY you girls are chatty! Well we left at 8 am and got to san jose by 10:20 yes i kick buttay... A three hour drive in 2 and 20 min quite proud lol. NO TICKET! Mike had his interview was a test which he feels good about and then interview. The prob is they are interviewing about 60 people she said! Holy molly! We will know the 15th if he gets to do the second interview. Then on the way home he got a phone interview for the hospital in Berkely... and gets a second interview with them on Tuesday. LOL gosh hes just booked with interviews!!!! Gotta get bit here eventually.. WELCOME MARIA!!! You will be so glad you found this group, yea most of us are post op now, but Candra and Heather are in the same situation as you, and if you start on page one you can read us all yoyo back and forth most specially me lol. Meaning yes i want it no i dont yes i want it no i dont lol... Yeah i went to the psychologist apt and was at goal when i got there not sure the date it was in dec.. so 7 weeks after my orientation and was down the 25 or so, so the next monday i saw dr baggs.. then the fun part was Liz.. she was booked and on vacation so it took like 3 weeks to get in with her... then my surgery could be 4 weeks later BUT i was going to vegas 3 weeks later so we waitedtill i got back from vegas so surgery was 7 weeks after i met with liz. Total time 3 months 3 weeks lol. Tina holy cow you look smokin!!!! Yes maam that was me i still want the midnight snackin group!! And i need a group now to skip bfast, i find when i dont eat it im not needing to eat longer... Boy oh boy i went to the mall today while mike was interviewing i was actually depressed there those sales people are evil!!! ABSOLUTELY evil. Make me feel like crap for not spending 129 on a face scrub! Like dude! AND she mentioned my celulite and arm issues! well i better go switch the laundry over gotta get packed for the next 5 days wow.. we are gonna be gone a while.. Thurs-Mon.. weired.. exciting:) NOOOO BABY..

OHH AND PRAYERS NEEDED AGAIN lol.. gosh didnt work last time not sure it will this time lol. Mike had an interview today with Facebook, and now tomorrow he has one with a Tech company in San Jose, i want him to get it starting pay is 70-85k... That would be amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing!

Tina: My hubby is in a wedding on Sunday in Malibu so the two of us are going down Thursdayand coming back on Monday. A mini vacation/adult time alone away from a cranky loving adorable make me pull my hair out toddler. LOl:D Sooo excited. Tryin to figure out what to do. Candra.. You think 3oz is crazy.. now take ur measuring cup with something of supstance even ur meat and only measure up 1/4 c and let me know what u think:D That is the diet for 12 weeks after surgery... Also your depo shot im a lil worried about, be sure to remind them in the surgery suite so they can give u a med to retro act it... YOU can be in SURGERY in 2 months.. it happens i believe thats how it was for Candy... All depends on luck of appts.

Riley yes we did i lost 44 lbs on preop. But most of it was within the first couple weeks i slowed way down in the end. But look at it this way you are way on track! You were banded a month before me and 9 lbs ahead. So totally on track! Ask for another 1cc at ur next apt.

OMG do you relize you are down 80 lbs!!! Riley you are doing awesome!

Did you ask him why he is only giving you 1cc at each fill???

Its ok Candy, Thanks for letting me know!!! Since your not going im not going to go either. I didn't hear anyone else say they could go. I have a sore throat anyways, and we are flying out thurs so its better i stay home anyways i guess. Riley i think i might use your way of keeping track. Does it tell you cals etc??? Also, I am 30 from goal and I also did 4 lbs last week and 2 the week before. But I agree it gets WAY harder the closer we get. But what is crazy is after my high cal meal yesterday it says im down another lb, but i dont count losses till monday. I am so proud of all of us! We should all be at goal by xmas time.

Ok so is it just me and Candy for tomorrow? AT 1? IF so Candy do you still have my cell number? Also can i get urs so if anything delays me on my end...

Dr Baggs told me to plan more time then just an hour. Which makes since. Because WE all sit with robin for 30 min, then one by one we get our fill. In the order they choose, ok in 30 min he can not fill 10 people. So i am not planning anything else for that day. I can tell you my first fill was a min of 15 min. from the prep, numb shot, fill, drink, and talk to him. I was there for an hour total. Hey Chris are you going tomorrow?

OMG i just found the cals for what i had for lunch and dinner, thank god i didnt have bfast! We went to red robin and i had one of their wraps. holy crapamoli. today is my high day i guess. Oh well lol. Which i dont get where the cals are its very good chicken, cheese, and salad. Thats basically what it consists of.. oh well:D Greece! My husband lived there for 2 yrs. when he was in the navy. He loved it, and wants to take me there, do you wanna go back?

I went to lay down to try to sleep it off, and i couldnt fall asleep, my head was pounding soo hard. It is from my nose up over my head down my kneck and shoulders. Its crazy. So we will see if the tylenol touches it..... ... .... What did everyone do today? Nothing makes me loose but following the rules, but i tell ya what i had my wonderful lets see here 4 week plateu.. well now im loosing steadily again, I weigh every day but only count mondays. Makes it easier that way cause the numbers play with you all week anyways. BUT on with my story MEASURE!!! Seriously, i never knew measuring could be so rewarding lol. I did the chest, waiste, hips, and thigh, and i lost a total of 8 inches in that 4 weeks. I agree with Tina Dr Baggs should measure us also:D So i was reading the weight loss myths today, and well i found out that muscle does not weigh more then fat! They said this "one lb of muscle weighs the same as one lb of fat." Ok that makes total since when they say it like that lol. BUT, they said it is more dense so we look leaner, and muscle burns 50 cals an hour and fat 2 cals an hour. Also i read that over exercisizing is BAD for us, it can actually do the opposite.. crazy huh. Its in the RedBook magazine. You girls all have me craving spagetti squash and salad.....

I think there are 3 bands 4,10 and 14. The 4 is not made by AP though. You will find a ton of people that have it on LBT... Crazy! I need to update my blog probably this week. Wana get updated profile shots... but that takes mike to lol. ok nap time im absolutely exhausted today:(

Yes Tina i have a ton going on. Some dont get how im loosing weight... No i will not ask them for help, because they will hold it over our heads, they hold everything over peoples heads. That is why yesterday we wanted soooo bad to be able to bring our own dinner but they tricked us and bought the turkey meat before we got the chance... oh well. Tina i hated your point where you feel you can eat anything, and honestly you can... its all control isnt your fill soon?? Oh and about the 25th they will tell you about it if its not too soon to get one:D I have to wait 7 weeks for my fill but Im fine with that I feel fine. I bought my first Push Up bra today lol, cause i am wearing a lil summer dress from wally world yes from the teenagers section! for matts wedding on Sunda. And i just didnt like how my boobs looked lol, stupid pregnancy, so i got me a cool push up bra that is lower so you cant see it, makes me look perky and round lol. Helps with confidence.
