    I had a gastric sleeve at 43 10 years ago now I lost 175 lb I can't wait to that 170 I have absolutely no regrets only occasional mild heartburn easily managed with over-the-counter medication.

    I opted for the vsg back in June 2016. I was about 350 at the time. Today I am 168. Can I eat more? Yes. Still not nearly as much as I had before. Complications? Only occasional heartburn. Any regrets? No way! If you are considering and yiu have questions, reach out.
