  1. oh my gosh! Ive gone to heaven and found friends! I have not been able to eat any bread or totrilla either and dont know how to replace to craving or find a recipe for a diestible bread.( or mock bread) If anyone comes up with anything, please share.
  2. I am in love with chocolite bars- made by healthsmart foods. one piece is definately decent size and@ 30-40 calories. theres a reeses type, mounds type, almond joy type, pecan caramel, almond fudge, caramel crunch and a peanut caramel. It can be tempting to eat the whole pakckage, but its 2 pieces so it makes it a bit easier. wwww.healthsmartfoods.com I also mixed some of their shake mix with the fitnutz peanut butter, for a creamy milkshake treat. Sometimes its too easy to indulge without really indunging!
  3. OOOOhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! yummy IS RIGHT! I tried all 3 and love them all. ( the chunky reminds me of a babe ruth type taste) thank you so much for finding this for me.:crying: I can now enjoy what I thought I was never goin to be able to enjoy again! Ive used it in so many recipes too. great for sweet cravings, and in recipes like thai dishes. I put it with some of those shiritaki noodles for a peanut thai dish and couldnt believe it! This takes the place of peanut butter forever for me.
