  1. I am a teacher too-high school. I took three days off before Christmas break and when I returned after break I was up and ready. Plan about 2 weeks.
  2. I will get banded on Dec 17th and like yourself I realize I will have trouble sipping versus gulping, drinking fluids is also hard for me now. I stay slightly dehydrated. I will have to try really hard.
  3. Hello I am getting banded on Dec 17th. I have been very excited up to this point. Now--the closer it gets the more concerned I am becoming about my willpower, being hungry, etc. I am especially worried about this pre-surgery liquid diet. I hope to stick to it and not see my family as good menu choices (haha-joking)
  4. I am new, so hello to all. I want to know where to get the Unjury shakes. Will my doctor give them to me or is there some certain store that carries them?
  5. I an new and looking for a reputable surgeon in my area. I found the name Scott Bovard on the Internet however I haven't seen any mention of him amongst the threads. Anyone out there know anything?:crying:
  6. Hi I am new. I am planning to get the lapband surgery soon. I have been reading much, talking with people and have scheduled my first appointment. I am very excited yet I know it will be tough. I hope you feel better soon. I was told that a person could return to work within a few days...is this true?:crying:
  7. Hello, I am new to this and have been following many of the threads as a means of information as I made the decision to have the lapband surgery. Does anyone have any familiarity with Dr. Scott Bovard and Bovard Bariatrics center? I certainly would appreciate the info.:crying:
