  1. I had the Gastric Sleeve Surgery 3 years ago. I was 243 lbs. and wanted to be 150 like I was before I had children. I went down to 163. I have no regrets. I felt good and I was able to finally fit clothes much better. I really do not eat cards if I can avoid it. I do have a little bit of extra skin at my thighs, legs, and arms. I believe I can minimize that with some weight training, but now I am struggling. About six months ago I had total knee replacement surgery, and I have gained back 15 lbs. I am struggling to lose that 15 lbs. Any tips would be great. Especially since I am still recovering from the knee surgery.
