  3. I'm 22 days post sleeve surgery. I haven't lost any weight in 9-days since I transitioned from all liquids to slowly adding purees. I was told to start adding purees on day 14 starting with 1-2T three times per day as tolerated. Over the following 2-weeks I was to gradually increase up to 4T three times per day. Throughout, continuing with protein shake to ensure adequate protein intake. I'm supposed to get at least 60g protein per day and at least 64oz water. All purees are supposed to be protein-centric, avoiding carbs. I've followed everything to the T, and like I said, haven't lost any weight in 9-days. As a matter of fact, I gained a pound today. I expected plateaus during this journey, but am shocked to be experiencing them this early in the process. Has anyone else experience this? I'd love to hear what I'm doing wrong or how to get over this hump. Just frustrated.
