  1. Amazing suggestions. I will subscribe these channels. I can suggest to follow great workout channel - Vairis Fit Workout on youtube. Simple and easy to follow.
  2. Thanks for your advice. I got it.
  3. Strength training is SO important to help maintain and build muscle and keep your metabolism up! People overdo cardio and don’t do enough weights. Tbh you’re better off with free weights vs machines. At the least would recommend going on YouTube to watch videos on form and programs. Even better, do a session or two with a personal trainer to get the basics on form and movements and to build a plan. I actually find strength a lot more enjoyable than cardio. I did CrossFit before surgery and I like it even more post-op because you get both cardio and weights. Highly recommend it but I get that it’s not everyone’s cup of tea!
  4. Hello, I can’t find what I was reading, but I remember someone mentioning stool softeners or Benefiber to help with recovery after surgery. Is this something you should start taking before the surgery? My operation is on Friday, and all the information I've come across is flooding back to me at 3 a.m., and this is the latest thought on my mind.
