  1. I am from August 26 and I wear a binder when I sleep. I didn’t have pain until two days ago sharp and went from my right side around to my back and next day I had my post op appointment and she said it was normal because it’s the part where they sowed it into the muscle or something like that. And she said I will get pain but that it will go away eventually as we go along. I honestly take Tylenol dissolvable they come in small packets it’s powdered and goes straight to your tongue it’s like berries flavored and honestly it knocks me out and I sleep fine and don’t feel pain for a while. And also get yourself a pregnancy pillow the u shaped long ones it does wonders for your sleep. Hope this helps
