  1. The headaches are lack of protein according to my surgeon at my post op 10 days out. I just ordered ProDough protein powders. Lots of flavor choices. I am finding adding a scoop or two to Chobani No sugar greek yogurt ups the protein from 12 to 36 or more depending on how much added (use a spoin to blend. I am doing all the vitamins and meds first thing in the am w/my yogurt for vreakfast. At 4 weeks, I had my first half an orange! I have continued the protein shakes, especially the different fair life ones which are 26, 30, and 42 grams protein just as needex. But I have done salmon and mahimahi grilled or baked, letil veggie soup from Annies, the 12 g protein small cottage cheese containers (about 4 ozs, so usually eat half) w/live cultures. And my dr /nutritionist said to wait 45 mins after eating to make sure foid gets max absorption. And NEVER stopp your vitamins. Another medical PAtold mee her daughter lost all her hair when she stopped the vitamins. It is so hard. But I am down 20 lbs in 4 weeks. It can be done.
  2. Keep it up! 4 weeks out myself
