  1. It's been 2 years this month....lost 95 Lbs.... just ate those chips a little to fast...and they are sharp....seems to be OK now but I'm definetly monitorig it....
  2. Ate some yesterday,,, seemed not to go down so good,,,,this morning can upchuck chips W/ blood....not happen to anybody else?
  3. Well I ate about 1/4 of what I would have ate today. I had my first fill on Tuesday,,,and I'm learning fast that you gotta chew,and eat s l o w. I really had a hard time trying to eat turkey,Must get used to the restriction,,,,Hey you know what? I'm stoked I didn't pig out! I can see this will work ,just be patient and eat slower!
  4. I had good exp, too! I'm in no pain and no real appetite, I see Dr. on friday,maybe i go to soft foods,,, but have energy,took a walk for about 30 min, today,,,I also had my surgery on Wed. the 15th
