  1. OMG! He is my doctor, also! I am sooo excited to be messaging with someone who had Dr. Cavazos as their surgeon. Did you do the two week pre-op and how well were you able to stick to it?
  2. Hi! I am scheduled for surgery on 10/13/08. I am doing the pre-op diet right now and it SUCKS. I realize, though, that I have to get through this because it is going to get worse.....any comments/insights out there? I am in San Antonio, Texas - any San Antonians out there????
