  1. Wow, what a story. I hope all goes well from here end. I had my surgery on August 4th 08 and I'm down about 30 or 31 pds. I started at 269 so I guess this is ok. However I go for my first fill on November 11th and I cannot wait. I feel like if I can eat just about anything and that is not good. I know that if it wasnt for me eating pretty much everything I could of been down alot more and plus I also suffer from my foot and back so I am limited to excercise until I can get rid of some pain. I know this has got to get better right!!
  2. I'm having a hard time getting from one conversation to the other. can you direct me how to use this sight??
  3. well thank you for your thoughts.
  4. Hello all, you can call me bea! I had my surgery on August 4th in St Clares hospital at Dover NJ with Dr ALexander Abkins, great doctor by the way. I've had 2 visits with him already and I must say I am down 30 pds to date. I feel great. I didnt have any comlications after surgery at all. Ive been taking all my vitamins as Im suppose to, plus the 2 protein drinks daily. I suffer from a bad heal spur so I just began excersizing this past Monday. it's tuff I must say especially with 23 month old twins to care for and a home of 7. very busy. no time for me but I have had to make the time. all I can say is that is hasnt been easy since I'm off of those restrictions and I can basically eat anything. I dont but I know I can. I'm so ready for that first fill but I cannot have it done until probably November 4th or so due to insurance approval. :cool2: I hope I have been some sort of help to anyone. feel free to ask away..
