  1. You could tell them that you had an injury during vacation and it will take a while to heal. Surgery is an injury to your body and it would explain the weight restrictions and not standing too long. DianaT
  2. Just an idea but, have you thought of asking the clinic/surgeon where you plan to have the surgery done to recommend a PCP DianaT
  3. He is not anti-band, he just want me to see the dietician and try that route first. I am like you I can take it off, but then I gain it all and some more back. I guess it has just taken me so long to come to this discission that I want to get going. But, I will do it his way, he has always had my best interests at heart. DianaT
