  1. I’m literally coming out of it. I was so lost. It hit me heavy. I was informed that losing weight so fast releases certain hormones and/or fluctuates them to the point where we FEEL it even psychologically. Ive never really been a depressed person but since my surgery in june, some days i feel it. Like i said last week was hard for me. But im feeling better this week so im celebrating a small win! You’ll have a good week too! Be encouraged. Youre not alone
  2. Looking good!!!!!! ❤️
  3. I wore this same hoodie a few months ago, now look
  4. I AM OFFICIALLY IN THE 170s!!!! (178 to be exact) my goal is 160 by august ✌???
  5. I had many questions. He told me i can work out now (yay!!!!). He said i can incorporate certain foods but mashed potatoes & sweet potatoes is a no go. So cooked veggies and chicken shall be my next go to. But i’m 181 today! Officially 36lbs down. He encouraged me that i was at the right pace because my starting weight wasnt so high — if i lost alot immediatley, he’d be concerned. On the table, i didnt realize i was 195?. So yeah, he said im on the right track and i’d meet my goal of 160 probably in september or october. The good news? I can work out to keep active & busy
  6. I honestly go from 183 to 187…& sometimes im not even eating
  7. What’s amazing to me is this two-piece used to be super tight on me and now it’s fitting a little better. I hope everybody’s enjoying their weekend.
  8. Ive been testing the waters?????. Ive tried shrimp and grits. Mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, chicken, ( of course in moderation). And they stayed down well! It took me a full day to finish but yea. Im wondering, is this the reason for my stall? I tried certain foods with mayo and i puked immediately. Its hard finding what works. But if not, i wont eat and i cant fully indulge. I need a guide because if my stall is due to my choices then i need to tighten up. My appetite is returning and certain foods like i mentioned agree with me but i feel bad for eating because when i see the scale im like dam if i do dam if i dont
  9. Trying to be more optimistic today. My belly used to look bad in this dress so here’s some progress.
  10. Its been one month and 9 days and ive been 183 for two weeks now?. Im praying this is temporary. I started introducing solids but even in that i cant over indulge. WTF! If i stopped… this will be so disappointing.

  15. Lets have a candid talk. I was hesitant but ive been transparent thus far. I recently had sex…. Both times? Left me in PAIN. My incisions no longer hurt so im wondering if its my insides still trying to heal. Its unfortunate because… like anyone, i enjoy it?. But post surgery? Not being able to walk or feeling pain is concerning and it sucks. Im going to lay off of it and give my body more healing time.
  16. I’m trying to smile more … hope everyones doing ok

  21. With the rapid hormonal changes…. Its has increased moodiness and just sometimes my emotions being everywhere. Everything is changing so fast and with my body trying to catch up, im feeling it psychologically. I know itll get better in time. Just was hoping i wasnt alone in this.. transition
