Hi Texastarmadillo, I went in and had the fill done while they watch on the xray and the doctor told me everything is fine and my stomach has not stretched that was Oct. 1st as of today I have not lost a pound,:smile2: I did the 2 week liquids, I am still on soft foods (scabbled eggs, apple sauce, Jello, banana, popcicles), 1 meal a day and I am good, I am not hungry. My doctor told me if this does not work all he can do is take all the saline out. Which scares me to death :scared2:at least I am not gaining. I have know Idea whats going on...

I did mean to sound ungrateful for the 52 pound lose, I am just getting frustrated that I stalled for about 7 months. my diet is very plan, chicken, salmon, turkey, tofu, oatmeal and protein shakes sometimes popcorn (plan with herb). I just had a 1cc fill on 8/7. I just can't figure it out. My doc is having me come in for one of those test where I have to drink that wonderful stuff and he can watch to see whats going on, but that's not until the end of Oct.

I am 1 year out and have lost 52 pounds, I have stalled big time. I have not lost any weight in 7 months??? I work out 1 hour every day and I swim 3 times a week. I am scheduled on Oct 15th to go in to have that test with where you drink and the doc can watch to see the restriction. I am happy with the lost, but I am concerned that I have stalled for so long.

I am depressed now, it will be 1 year on 8/26 for me and I have lost 52 pounds, I am soooooo stalled. I work out 1 hour EVERY day, and swim 3 days a week. I have followed all the rule, is there hope???
