  1. Hi, I am just a little north of Charlotte in Salisbury. I had my surgery by Dr Roc Bauman at NorthEast Medical Center in Concord. He is wonderful and has a great reputation. I started out at 256 and am as of today 232. I am loving the weight loss and am having no problems. I feel like I could eat just about anything though and i am HUNGRY most of the time. The Dr wants me eating 2-3 oz every 3 hours and drinking 60 oz of liquid a day. Is it normal for me to be hungry already? I am due for my first adjustment on 10-13 and i am hoping that helps with the hunger
  2. Hi there, We had our surgery on the same day and i wondered if you might be having some of the same feelings as me. I am doing well, ive lost 20lbs but am definately starting to have some hunger? are you? I go for my first fill in 5 weeks and i cant wait. I am definately eating less and started soft food this past friday. They want me to eat 2 ounces every 3 hours and drink 60 ounces of water a day. Does this sound the same to you?
