I'm having pains mostly on my right side, but nothing I can't push through. Still have occasional pain in my left shoulder but I think its getting better. I'm waking a total of 30 minutes a day, but broken up. I'm doing well getting my water down but the protein shakes are hard. I'm ready for total healing to be complete.
