  1. I had my one month follow up and the doctor first said that 18 lbs was good and I’m not stuck, then told me I’m hitting a plateau. I told him about some pain that I feel occasionally and that I think it’s bc I ate too fast. He basically told me I’m going to stretch my stomach out and ruin the surgery so now I’m afraid to eat. Any advice please? I’m in tears praying I didn’t mess up. I’ve been following the directions so closely.

  4. thank you for your reply. I’m excited to hit the 6week mark so I can start exercising more. I love walking but I don’t think it’s enough. It’s been very hot here so I haven’t gone out every day like I want to.
  5. I agree with you completely. I’m trying hard to look at keep focused but I’m worried anyway. How’s your journey been otherwise?
  6. Hi! Newbie here. I had the sleeve done on 7/13. Since then, I’m only down about 20lbs. I haven’t had a lot of problem with nausea or vomiting but there are times when I eat, I feel it slide down, it’s painful. I don’t believe I am overeating bc I’m too scared that I’m going to gain weight. But I’m hoping once I start exercising more, the weight will come off. I seem to have hit a plateau.
