This is the first time I’ve read someone on the same exact preop diet as me lol after day 4 you will be just fine it’ll be smooth sailing. I am currently on day 9 and have been fine apart from when Instagram shows me some food ad ? keep your eyes on the prize ? you are worth the sacrifice and the work it takes to do this ❤️??

Your day is fast approaching, only a few more for you right? fairlife chocolate was my fav until I tried the Premier Protein Cafe Latte and now I’m addicted to it lol funny enough it doesn’t taste like coffee to me but more like swiss miss hot coco ?

Oh man what I wouldn’t give to be able to chew anything lol my program is strictly liquids and doesn’t allow any fruits or veggies so I’m SOL congratulations you’re one day closer to surgery ??? I had my pre-op testing today and can’t believe I’m only a week away from surgery. Praying for a safe procedure for all the pre-ops still in waiting and a speedy recovery for all those post-op’s… 2024 is going to look much healthier for us all ❤️

Traveling while having a strict regiment is tough but glad you got through it! Your day is almost here and that's definitely something to be soooooo exited about so it's normal for the nerves to start presenting it's self lol Sending blessings and positive vibes your way

Currently at the end of Day 4 pre-op liquid diet. First 3 days were hell but today was more manageable. It seems to be getting easier for me. Today we celebrated my daughter’s Birthday & I packed myself a shake & some SF Applesauce to take with me so I wouldn’t eat anything at the restaurant or Arcade. I’m definitely loving all the weight I’m losing before surgery lol. Are you getting more excited everyday that passes by? I know I am!

So my surgeon was out of the office after an injury so my surgery was on hold but I have finally gotten word today that I am scheduled for 11/16/23. ? I am so darn excited!!!

With all the nervousness I’m sure time is flying faster than lightning. I looked up premier protein shake ideas on Pinterest and got a bunch of great ideas. good luck ?

I definitely have and found that vanilla is my go to because I can mix it with many different skinny syrups to change the flavor or what I’m in the mood for and if I want Proffee it’s best to stick with.

Had my last appointment for nutrition clearance of the 9th of August. That was the final clearance they were waiting on to submit paper work to insurance so I'm just waiting on a call to know if they've approved it. Once they approve it that's when I'll get a surgery date. How long did you guys wait? I am praying for a September date!

So I had my final nutritional visit and have been cleared for surgery… they sent off my paperwork to insurance for approval today so praying I get a September Surgery date… fingers crossed! Congratulations to everyone else that has ?
