I had my first episode of foamies today. I’m 3 weeks post op and I am cleared for soft foods. I had a scrambled egg and i think i ate a little too fast. I definitely felt it in my chest. The pressure and my runny nose was the cue that I probably ate too fast or I ate too much. Anyways I vomited the dreaded “foam/slime” and proceeded to vomit some of the eggs. Now I wonder when can I drink water ? I’m currently laying it out and trying to relax myself. Scared the sh*t out of me tho.

Hi everyone ! Im 17 days post op and I know i can’t drink til later on. But I was just wondering when did y’all start drinking. I also know carbonated drinks are a no go like beer and such. Im more of a cocktail person. Before surgery I was a social drinker.

Gosh i can’t wait that long. This past weekend was hell 😭 seeing everyone have a beer or a cocktail made me soo jealous

I try as much as I can to stay hydrated and i think i’m doing well since my urine is pretty much a good color. One day I was dehydrated and i had a headache and the pee was way too dark. I’m going on a trip and hopefully it will take my mind off the scale.

I’m 12 days post op and i lost 20.9 pounds since surgery. I’m stalling and i wanted to know if its normal and what do I do ?

I wish i was kidding on my weightloss surgery weight was 258 pounds. I only fasted a day before surgery.

Hey everyone ! I am 8 days post op and i wanted to know what kind of sweeteners you have used post op ? Im cleared to drink decaf and im excited to drink coffee but i can’t drink it just plain black 😅 can i use sweetener substitutes ?

Im actually scared of getting dumping syndrome. Im 8 days post op and i have no idea if i can have sweetener with my decaf coffee
