I’ve used the orgain brand and it’s much easier on my stomach. Anything with dairy after surgery is painful and makes me sick

I’m on day two and the only thing that helps is walking and a little stretching

Same here. I woke up in so much pain though. I had hoped I’d bounce back quickly like everyone else.

I mix cottage cheese in with my protein shakes and chair seeds and that helps me hit my protein goal a lot easier -
