My water intake is good. I am not deficient as of my last visit less then a month ago. I contacted my dietician and she said I may be eating to fast or not chewing my food well enough. I agree on both. I notice some foods bother me more then others. I struggle with meat. And always if I eat or drink to fast. I just need to check myself and slow down.

I forgot my water bottle, got back from the gym and guzzled water. I have been fine all day. But it felt yuck.

last night I chugged water. I know I shouldn't of... I did.

I am in my 8th month post op. I get sick after I eat. Sometimes it is random or I ate to much. But, lately it is everytime I eat. I just feel yuck, nausea and tired, and don't feel good. Even if I don't overeat. Why and does anyone else feel this?

I think I weighed in at 193. I am 160 now. I didn't lose for awhile and now I suddenly am. I was at 170-178 for a few months. I have a feeling of what feels like a lot of acid in my stomach and it felt like hunger to me in the beginning. Now, it feels like acid that just doesnt come up to heartburn. Always there but no longer feels like hunger. I feel that I just needed to adjust and I am better with it now. I have not had any issues. Probably should do protein shakes more but I hate them now.

I wasn't scammed. There is actually information out there on him. It is how I found him. I spent almost 3 hours just hanging out with him in recovery. They don't advertise in Mexico like they do here. The medical field is not seen as a way to make money as it is here. It is an occupation that pays but viewed different. I literally have nothing negative to say at all except I wish I would of went earlier.

YES I still talk to them and ask questions, etc. I have zero regrets and am happy with the choice that I made.

I am down this evening. I am eating my feelings and I am so mad at myself. So mad.... extremely frustrated. Your mornings sound difficult. I hope it improves. My stomach feels like it is always growling. Dr says it is ok.

You have lost more than I have. I am only just recently starting to lose again. I have this grumble in my stomach almost 24/7 and it feels like my stomach is growling but it's not. So I think I am hungry. But I am not. I can tolerate all foods. I struggle some with eggs. I also have low energy. I had more before surgery than I do now.

I'm really struggling with this. I haven't lost weight in weeks and I think it is because I always feel hungry. But its like a stomach growl and I think its growling out of hunger. Very frustrated with it.

It makes me think I am hungry and I should not be.

My stomach grumbles and feels hungry all the time. My impulse is to eat. It grumbles so much it wakes me up in the middle of the night. Almost feels like it is constantly going. I think I am overeating and I am beyond frustrated with this.

I haven't heard of that. I am so sorry. I eat a lot of sf popsicles. Can you keep those down?

I have NO energy

I know were not gonna lose 20lbs a month. But.. I really liked the progress in the start!!!!!! I am a little frustrated but not super... I will just keep on. I always feel I am eating to much though... I need to get on that.

I am a little frustrated also. I lost around 10lbs before surgery and i have lost about 8-5 more lbs since. I feel like I should be losing more. I struggle with some things which is part of the process of learning new ways. I think everyone struggles or we wouldn't of ended up here. My concern is am I struggling to much. I worry I snack to much. I am taking iron, a multivitamin, calcium, nmn, and an allergy pill daily. I wake up and hydrate myself and take them. Everything I choose to eat is for the purpose of getting my protein. Except popsicles. I am always SO thirty. I am aware it is a new experience and I am learning new things. I am frustrated. But... ok.

I have lost I think 15-18lbs. I am a lower BMI, I think I am supposed to be slower.

This is a valid concern of mine. My weight has fluctuated my entire life. I once lost over 90lbs and I got a breast lift, no implants. I LOVED my breasts, even with weight gain. I loved them. Now... they are already changing. I will probably get another lift, no implants...... ?

True. Open heart surgery I want a specialist. For me I did not want a surgeon who performs multiple surgeries a day. There's A LOT of that. I never heard of yours, which means nothing, I never heard of most of the doctors I read about on here. How was your experience? How are you now? I am certain I am overeating but I have no negative side effects.
