  1. My surgery date was 2/20. I’m trying to focus on water and protein. How’s everything going with you?
  2. Are you still taking the pain medicine as needed? That will help you.
  3. I bought popsicle molds that I can make and suck on those to help get my hydration in, because I do get bored from the baby sips. I froze the Bai water into little Popsicles and I have one of those every so often with water from the water bottle.
  4. I had my gastric bypass surgery on 2/20/23. How is everyone hanging in there?
